Accommodation & Tickets

Table 1 depicts prices per person for the 3 nights of the main festival. These prices include the festival ticket.

Table 2 depicts the additional amount you need to pay if you want to arrive on the Wednesday. These prices include the Wednesday ticket.

Table 3 depicts pricing for all other extra days before the Wednesday and from the Sunday onwards.

Merchandise, meals, diving, camping equipment and border transfers also need to be bought / booked on the booking system.   Please visit the applicable pages for more information.

Please remember the following when you make a booking:

We only accept on-line bookings

We require immediate payment of your booking amount. No booking is confirmed without payment reflecting in our bank account within 2 days.

Remember to key in everybody’s passport numbers on the reservation.

After you booked and secured your accommodation, the person who booked, needs to fill in all the names and relevant information on the booking, for example if you book a Group Campsite for 12 people, you need to fill in all 12 people’s details and pay for all 12.

The accommodation prices are per person for 3 nights, however, you need to fill the unit that you book except for General Camping. This price includes your ticket for STRAB.

STRAB has different accommodation options that varies from camping to luxury beach houses. Fixed accommodation inside the resort is limited so make so to book early.

Rondavels:

All the 4 sleeper rondavels have bedding, an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with basic kitchen utensils as well as a refrigerator.  No towels or toiletries. R150 refundable key deposit applies.

Chalets:
4, 5 and 6 bed options available.  All the chalets have bedding, an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with basic kitchen utensils as well as a refrigerator.  No towels or toiletries. R150 refundable key deposit applies

Camping:
There are General campsites (campsites 1-33 and 101-114) from the entrance gate (reception) up to the restaurant, and Group campsites (from the restaurant up to the dive camp or stage area). The difference is, everybody share campsites on General Camping – first come, first serve. You will book per person. On Group campsites, you book per campsite for the full number of people allocated to the specific campsite and are charged per person. The owner of the booking will be responsible for full amount of the campsite as on his/her basket.

Tents on deck:

2-man dome tents with two single beds and mattresses, situated in the dive camp. There is no en-suite bathroom – shared ablution facilities. Please provide your own linen and towels and light source (no candles!!!). There is a self-catering kitchen in the dive camp with a braai area. Please bring your own cutlery and crockery. Pots and pans provided. Fridge space is allocated to all guests staying in the deck tents. There is no electricity in the tents.

Log huts:
 

Wooden huts with two single beds, mattresses and linen, situated in the dive camp. There is a plug in each room. There is no en-suite bathroom (shared ablution facilities). There is a self-catering kitchen in the dive camp. Please bring your own cutlery and crockery. Pots and pans provided. Fridge space is allocated to all guests staying in the log huts. Please provide your own towels
